SJCC proudly organized the first SJ Cup Tournament on 9/15 and 9/16. 7 teams played their hearts out on Saturday and Sunday with Kirkwood Cricket Club winning the cup and Bensalem Cricket Club being the runners up after a brilliant effort. With support from our sponsor Nikki Shah, Mahesh Menon, Ravi Shankar and Joseph Kunnel, the organizing committee, coordinators and volunteers from SJCC put on a show that had an audience of over 150. Michael Mignogna, Mayor (Voorhees), Sangeeta Doshi, Council Woman (Cherry Hill), Balvir Singh, Freeholder (Burlington County), Jayesh Parikh, Zoning Board Chair & Planning Board Vice Chair (Evesham Twp) were our Guest of Honor. The first SJ Cup was a huge success and it has been decided that this will be an annual event going forward. Cheers to the folks led by Davinder Vasudeva who made this dream come true.
